FAQ

I don’t see the shoes I want, do you have them?

You are more than welcome to email us if you are looking for a specific shoe, however we cannot guarantee we will be able to find it for you. Please email us at info@theunauthorized.com with the subject line "Can You Find This Shoe"

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

How much is shipping?

Shipping on all orders is free unless you selcet express shipping which is $35.

Do you buy shoes?

Yes, email us for details.

Do you trade shoes?

No.

Why won't my payment go through?

Often times you just need to try checking out on a different browser. You may need to contact your card issuer and have them aprove the charge. If that does not work feel free to contact us directly. 

Do you have wholesale pricing?

No, we do not off bulk pricing at this time.

What is retail authentic mean?

Retail authentic means the buyers at TheUnauthorized have personally acquired the shoe from a authorized Nike brand affiliate and the shoe will be accompanied with original sales receipt.

What does Unauthorized Authentic mean?

Unauthorized authentic means the shoe was acquired via a third party which includes... eBay, overseas sellers and resellers, local resellers and any other way that is not a authorized Nike brand affiliate.

Doesn't Unauthorized Authentic mean the shoe is fake or a replica?

No. Unauthorized by definition means "without permission." We at TheUnauthorized are not affiliated with Nike brand in any therefore we are "unauthorized" resellers.

My item has a flaw is my item a fake or replica?

No. All shoes are human made in a factory environment. As humans we all make mistakes throughout our lives. Every shoe contains a "flaw" in its own right and no two pairs are exactly the same.

My item is flawed am I entitled to a refund or exchange?

No. Flawed items will be handled on a case by case basis. Most minor flaws will be denied for return or exchange. These minor flaws include.. Paint chips/peels, minor scuffs, dirt, dented boxes, incorrect upc and or style numbers.

How can I check my order status?

Once your order has shipped tracking will be emailed to you.

How long does it take to ship my item?

All in-stock orders are sent within one business day from time of order with tracking information provided, but can take up to 3 days to SHIP IF THE ITEM HAS TO BE DROPSHIPPED FROM OUR SUPPLIER. PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 7 DAYS FOR DELIVERY. Items listed as pre-orders will ship on or around approximate ship date as outlined in item description. If pre-ordered items are purchased along with in-stock items, all items will ship at the time the pre-ordered item is available. To ensure all items are shipped at the time of product availability, place separate orders for in-stock and pre-ordered items. There will be no order cancellations accepted of any kind, even if product has not yet shipped, including pre-ordered items.

Why can’t I track my shipment with the tracking number you sent me?
The first package scan may be upon arrival at a region hub near the destination. This is common when shipping volume is high and packages are processed in bulk. Until this first scan, the carrier may not acknowledge receipt of the package. The first scan also may not be until delivery. Some shipments, such as Standard International shipments are not trackable.

Can I change my shipping address?

Unfortunately we are not able to change a shipping address once the order has been placed. Please ensure you carefully check over the address you enter. If there is an error with the address you can contact your local post office to hold the package for you.

Can I cancel my order?

We cannot cancel an order once it has been placed, so please be sure before you place your order.

Can I return my order?

Yes. If there is a problem with your order we cannot fix with a new item we will refund the order.
